Everra owns and operates their own industry leading recycled polyester staple fiber facility in Lafayatte, GA. Founded in 1999, our “USI” facility has been the leading supplier of high quality recycled fibers and continues to provide the cutting edge products to our customers. We manufacture a diverse set of products ranging from 6 to 40 denier in multiple cut lengths in both white and black colors. Our finish capabilities extend across multiple end applications such as hydrophobic, hydrophilic, anti-microbial, flame retardant and various FDA approved products. We produce multiple grades of fiber for a diverse range of applications such as filter media, abrasive pads, bed pillows, automotive, geotextiles and highloft batting for upholstered and outdoor furniture. Our plant is 100% extrusion based recycled PET using a variety of rPET raw material streams including resin, flake and condux. Our facility is ISO approved and has multiple other recycled certifications for our customer and brand partners.
